  • Benefits & Information: Our counselling rooms are themed around crystal healing. The room will have a crystal within it, hold the healing properties of this crystal, have the colour of the stone & empower you with a deeper sense of its energy.

  • Who is this for:This service is open to anyone who is receiving 1-2-1 counselling therapy.
  • Benefits & Information: The counsellor will walk with you in the open air to facilitate counselling in the local area.

  • Who is this for: Children aged 7 and young adults. (18)
  • Benefits & Information: One 2 one counselling for children & young people.
Wellbeing for children/young people living with additional needs

Wellbeing for children/young people living with additional needs

  • Who is this for: Children & young people living with additional needs aged 7 to 25 whom have a disability/additional needs.
  • Benefits & Information: We are able to communicate with a wide range of communication methods to help young people verbalize/regulate emotions through the use of counselling skills, communication cards (PECs)- Makaton & sign.

  • Who is this for: Children & young people. LAC.
  • Benefits & Information: Working with children & young people who may be suffering the effects of trauma, abuse, neglect, looked after children & supports therapy to empower care givers & staff working with the young person.

  • Who is this for: People who have suicidal thoughts or intent and families of those bereaved by suicide.
  • Benefits & Information: To support those who have suicidal thoughts and help create a plan that will support their immidiate safety.
ASIST Safe Talk Training

ASIST Safe Talk Training

  • Who is this for: For all community members and professionals.
  • Benefits & Information: This is a 1/2 day suicide and prevention course that can help you make a difference. Know what to to if someone is suicidal by following the easy to rememeber TALK steps - Tell Ask Listen Keep Safe.
    These practical step offer immidiate help to someone having thoughts of suicide and helps you both move forward to connect with more specialised support.

  • Who is this for: We offer this service to other charities, organisations, and care givers.
  • Benefits & Information: We provide safeguarding training to ensure all services have a good understanding of how to safeguard children, young people & vulnerable adults particularly those with additional needs and those accessing mental health interventions.
CPD  Continuing professional development

CPD Continuing professional development

  • Who is this for: This is open to counsellors
  • Benefits & Information: Our workshop runs on the 2nd Friday of the month. For 2.5 hours a session. We incorporate CPD with subjects such as safeguarding in the counselling room, suicide, and all areas of counselling delivery.
